Grand Rapids North ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with our center and parent portal.

We collect information you provide during enrollment and portal registration, including your name, email address, phone number, and your student’s academic information.

We use your phone number to send automated text message notifications related to your student’s sessions at our center. These messages may include pickup reminders, restroom requests during class, schedule changes, weather closures, progress reports, level-up celebrations, and general announcements.

SMS consent is not a condition of enrollment or any service at Grand Rapids North. You may enroll your student and receive full service whether or not you opt in to text messages. The SMS consent checkbox on our enrollment forms is unchecked by default.

You provide consent to receive SMS notifications by checking the SMS opt-in box on our enrollment or family permissions form. Message frequency varies based on your student’s enrollment schedule. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us directly to update your communication preferences.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent information with any third party for marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely to transmit the notifications you have opted in to receive.
